Who is responsible

What we collect
What you write in the application: name, WhatsApp, optional email, Instagram or portfolio, language, type of session, package, style, your limits, dates and notes. If you sign: your legal name, your consent choices, your drawn signature, the date and time, and the version of the text you signed. From your connection we keep only a keyed hash of the IP address to stop abuse, never the address itself.
What we do NOT collect
No ID photos or numbers, no health data, no body measurements. ID is checked in person and never copied.
Why
To answer your application, prepare your session and keep a record of what you agreed to. Never for third-party advertising.
Who sees it
Only Everardo. Data is stored encrypted in Supabase (a private database with no public access). We don't sell or share it.
How long
Applications that don't lead to a session are deleted after 12 months. Original photos from a session are deleted after 12 months unless you ask us to keep them. A signed release is kept for as long as the images are in use, so we can show what you authorised.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent for future use, by messaging us on WhatsApp. We reply within 14 days.
